What information is displayed on an active resident alert?
Alerts will display the following information:
- Account Name – this would be the apartment or room number of the resident.
- Type of Alert – normal, emergency, acknowledgement, cancel
- Name of Alert – the device that has been activated (Pull Cord, Pendant, Motion, etc.)
- Duration of the Alert
This information can be adjusted depending on each site’s specific needs or desires.
Do caregivers have the capability to cancel an active alert from the 4Call application?
Caregivers do not have the ability to cancel an active alert. Nurse call devices require cancellation from the physical device or in some cases a web portal access to the direct device. 4Call does have the capability to send a cancel alert when a caregiver has physically canceled the alert to let other team members know of the alert status.
What are the requirements to integrate with an existing nurse call system?
In order to integrate with your current nurse call system there needs to be either a TAP or SIP output from the physical server.

Does 4Call provide ongoing support after installation?
We work side by side with our partner, ELDR, to provide support before, during, and after installation. They are the single point of contact for our customers and we work directly with them behind the sense to provide updates and improvements to our application.
What is included when purchasing 4Call?
The price of 4Call will vary based on the communities needs but the following is included:
- A Server or Hosted License
- Integration to nurse call system
- User Licenses: One licenses is required for each user
- Yearly SMA
What types of payment plans do you offer?
We make it a priority to provide flexible payment options no matter the size or budget of your community. If upfront costs of installing an on premise server on your community, our hosted solution gives communities the opportunity to pay a monthly service agreement.
